Place deposit
For new students accepted into Kindergarten through Year 11, a non-refundable deposit of $600 is required to reserve a place prior to the start of the school year.
For students returning into Years 1 through 11, a non-refundable deposit of $750 is required to reserve a place prior to the start of the school year.
This deposit is offset against fees on the first fee invoice.
In the event that a place is not taken up, the place deposit amount is forfeited.

| Invoices for tuition fees paid monthly are due and payable in full on or before 26th of each month, August to May. All payments should be made online through Butterfield Bank or Cayman National Bank. |
Please note that, due to the way the instalment plans are structured, we do not normally permit a change in payment method during the academic year. Any agreed changes will likely be subject to an administrative charge. Should you wish to discuss this please contact the Business Manager on businessmanager@cayprep.edu.ky
In addition to the above fees, the following will be reflected in your child’s first invoice for the year:

Students in Years 10 to 13 are required to purchase their own text and exercise books (currently supplied via the school) and these are not included in the tuition fees. Other incidental charges will be applied as necessary including, but not limited to external examination fees, after school care etc.
Third and subsequent children will receive 10% “sibling discount” on tuition fees.
Please be sure to state your child’s name and a brief description in any reference fields when making payments online.
