Parent, Student, Teacher Consultations
During the academic year, Cayman Prep and High School host regular Parent, Student, Teacher Consultations (PSTCs). Involving students in discussions about their education is extremely valuable; it emphasises a sense of ownership and highlights their role in working with their teachers and parents towards success. Our teachers have a wealth of knowledge and experience, so ask for their guidance on how to help your child to do his or her best. If a teacher says something you don’t understand, ask for clarification. Parents are not expected to know all about a subject or a method of teaching. Our teachers will identify areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback designed to help our students to reach their potential.
Parents who have attended this years’ PSTCs have commented the kind and helpful welcome from our Student Leadership Team, Prefects and members of the Key Club. In addition to this, the changes to location and set-up have been well-received.
The online booking system will open a week before a scheduled PSTC.
