Sport & Physical Education

Building Confidence Through Sport

Sport and physical activity are an important part of life at Cayman Prep & High School. Through Physical Education, team sports, competitions and co-curricular opportunities, students develop confidence, resilience, teamwork and a lifelong appreciation of healthy, active lifestyles.

From Kindergarten through to Sixth Form, students are encouraged to participate, challenge themselves and enjoy being active, whether they are trying a sport for the first time, representing their House or competing for the school.

As students move through the school, activities become increasingly challenging, helping them develop both individual performance and teamwork skills while encouraging a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity.

As students progress through High School, opportunities for competition, leadership and personal achievement continue to expand.

Students participate in a broad Physical Education programme while also having opportunities to represent the school in local and international competitions.
