Families should always use the youngest child’s drop-off location.

Kindergarten

📍 Front Car Park

• Park and walk your child to the Kindergarten entrance.
• Say goodbye at the classroom or designated gate.
• Older siblings may enter through the Kindergarten entrance and proceed to the main field before the bell.

Years 1-6

📍 Side Road Rolling Drop-Off or Side/Rear Car Parks

• Students should walk independently to the main field.
• Staff supervision is provided until the school day begins.

Kindergarten (2:15pm)

📍 Front Car Park

• Collect from the Kindergarten area.
• Families collecting older siblings should wait on the KS1 field benches.
• Older children will join parents there.

Year 1 (2:20pm)

📍 Infant Field / Year 1 Doors

• Families collecting only Year 1 students should leave immediately after collection.
• Families collecting older siblings should wait near the long jump shades.

Year 2 (2:25pm)

📍 Year 2 Collection Area

• Families collecting only Year 2 students should leave promptly.
• Families collecting older siblings should wait on the benches outside Year 2 classrooms.

Years 3 & 4 (2:30pm)

📍 Side Gate Rolling Collection

Years 5 & 6 (2:30pm)

📍 Front Car Park Rolling Collection

• Year 5 and 6 siblings should join the Year 3 or Year 4 collection point when younger siblings are being collected.

After-School Care (ASC) provides supervised care for Primary School students after dismissal.

Students not collected within 15 minutes of their dismissal time will be transferred to ASC supervision. Charges will apply in accordance with the ASC policy.

⚠️ Vehicles must not be parked or left unattended along the side fence or rolling drop-off routes.

Afternoon Collection

⚠️ Please do not arrive before 2:00pm.

⚠️ The campus should be cleared by 2:50pm wherever possible.

⚠️ The side fence is designated exclusively for rolling collection.

⚠️ Vehicles must not be parked or left unattended in rolling collection areas.

• Play equipment should not be used during collection times.
• Playing fields are unavailable after dismissal unless students are participating in supervised activities or clubs.
• Families are asked to leave promptly once collection is complete.

Due to the volume of office drop-offs, we cannot guarantee the timely delivery of forgotten items. Families are therefore asked to ensure children arrive with everything they need for the day.
