Fees Paid Annually
All fees and levies paid annually are due in their entirety on or before the first day of the school year.

Fees paid Termly
It is the responsibility of the parent / guardian to secure a copy of the fee invoice before the start of each term. The school will endeavour to ensure that invoices are forwarded to parents/ guardians well before the payment deadline.
All fees paid by the term must be paid on or before the first day of term. Failure to comply with this will result in your child being sent home.

Fees Paid Monthly

These are subject to application and, if approved, are made over ten months. Any request for making monthly payments is subject to the following conditions:

1. Completion of the required form - available from the bursar's office - which has to be approved by the principal.
2. Payment to be made by attaching (to the approved deferment form) ten (10) post-dated cheques or on-line payments which must be dated the first day of each month. The payment dates on the cheques must correspond to the dates on the fee invoice. Dates or amounts must not be changed.
3. The tuition fee for the first month must be paid prior to the first day of the school year.

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the withdrawal of the facility to pay monthly.

If parents choose to switch from termly to monthly payments after the first term, an additional $50 per month administrative fee will be charged. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the withdrawal of the facility to pay monthly.

Please fill this form to indicate below how you wish to pay fees for the 2008/2009 school year:

On-Line Banking

All fees can be paid through our on-line facility with Cayman National Bank or Butterfield Bank. Please include the child's name and class in the payment details and fax a copy of the confirmation to the school (+1-345-949-9811) marked for the attention of the Bursar.

Outstanding Fees

If fees remain outstanding following the start of any school term, a letter will be sent home reminding parents of outstanding fees and stating that the student will be withdrawn from class should fees remain unpaid. If all outstanding fees are not paid by that deadline the student will be excluded from class and the parents will be asked to collect their child from school.

In a situation where fees are outstanding, the school reserves the right to offset the outstanding amount with other monies paid to the school by a given deadline. Reports, transcripts, results of external examinations and references will be withheld pending payment of all outstanding fees. Students with outstanding school fees will not be admitted for the following school year.

The school reserves the right to charge a late fee of $25 for each month that fees are outstanding.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance in the form of a bursary is offered by the Board of Governors. Any student may apply for a bursary; each application is looked at in detail and assistance will be offered on a needs basis. Application forms can be obtained from either school office and completed forms must be returned to the High School office at Walkers Road before 1st May.

Notice of Withdrawal

During the school year notice of one full term must be given in writing if parents plan to withdraw their child/children from school, otherwise the fees for the following term will be due.
