Cook Book

This superbly illustrated cookbook features an exciting range of 240 delicious recipes reflecting the tastes and cultures of the local Caymanian people and of people from across the globe living in the Cayman Islands. With its wide variety of recipes, it caters to everyone's taste. Beautifully photographed and clearly explained, from the island cuisine of the Caribbean to sophisticated European, Asian and North American dishes, Prep for Success is a winner!

Prep for Success was made possible through the selfless efforts of those who worked tirelessly to see this project to fruition. Recipes were contributed by parents, teachers and students of the school and submitted to the Cooking and Tasting Committee, who gave countless hours of their time to ensuring that all of our recipes were tried and tested - and where necessary, re-tested - and the ingredients were accurately recorded. For the benefit of those concerned about healthy eating, the recipes were then analysed by the Caribbean Food & Nutrition Institute in Jamaica who provided the nutritional information for every dish featured in the cookbook.
