I am delighted to welcome you to Cayman Prep and High School, Primary. We are an inclusive and ambitious school where every member of staff cares deeply about your children. Our strong ethos is founded upon Christian values that seek to foster self-belief, independence, strength of character and academic success. We combine high expectations with meaningful, personalised learning to ensure that our young people are happy and highly successful.
We are an all-through school, situated on two sites on the beautiful tropical island of Grand Cayman. CPHS pupils are taught a broad and engaging curriculum, based on the British National Curriculum, by highly skilled, enthusiastic staff. Our curriculum is expertly and individually adapted to meet the needs of our diverse community and unique location. This Christian school has a long-established history of over 70 years and is committed to fostering Christian principles within a caring community, where over 500 children aged between 4 and 11 can learn in a safe, inclusive environment.
Our substantial and progressive co-curricular offer enhances our curriculum and includes a broad range of activities including many sports teams, events and fixtures, and creative arts. Our young people are able to experience exciting new adventures, as well as hone existing skills.
In the child-focused learning environment at CPHS, every child is encouraged to be a curious learner, trespassing with purpose, enabling them to develop academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and creatively in faith. Reward is embedded in school life and we look for every opportunity to encourage, reassure, nurture, and inspire. We work closely with our parent community and encourage all key stakeholders to be active and integral to our learning journey.
